Mustard.

Probably the only condiment I couldn't live without. I love every variety I've ever come across. Dear mustard, I love you.

A collection of my favourite mustards:

The two in the middle are Cleveland's Famous Ballpark Mustard - a mustard unlike any you have tasted before and quite possibly, as the label says, the world's greatest mustard! ...and a really nice horseradish/grain mustard combo that I picked up from an artisian mustard maker (??) at Richmond market.

With so many mustards, it does get difficult deciding which one to choose for dinner. Tonight, I went with a simple dijon.
